Small Agency. Big Design.

We bring visions to reality

Key Design & Media was established in 2012 by graphic designer and creative entrepreneur, Keisha Pyzynski.

Key Design & Media caters to the visual marketing needs of hair + beauty brands.

Our team creates unique, effective, and high-quality visual content for brands all over the world. We begin each project with a clear understanding of who your audience is, and what you want them to know. Then, we design a consistent, one-of-a-kind visual marketing strategy that fits your brand and generates engagement. We’re happy to work as an extension of your marketing team, stepping in whenever you need creatively intelligent visual content.

We’re collaborative and adaptable, and love what we do. Let’s bring your vision to life today!

Whether you need hair and product tutorials, commercials, testimonials, or interviews, our video production services are the perfect way to get your audience excited about what your products

Video Editing

If you have pre-recorded footage and need a team to create sizzle reels, or quick video edits – we can help!

Product Packaging Design

Product packaging is an important extension of your brand. Packaging should not only be attractive, but it should also reflect your brand, your brand’s message, and serve as an advertising tool even after your product has been purchased.

Product Photography

Product Photography is a great part of your creative digital marketing strategy. We offer in studio setups including product flatlays and product texture shots.

We love getting to know you and helping you share your visual story with their audience. As a creative agency offering a range of services, we know that this process has to be just that – a process. We want to make sure we really understand your brand’s needs and leave no stone unturned. Here’s our three-step process to happy clients.

In the first phase of our process, our goal is to build the foundations of a strong creative strategy. Having a lot of background information helps us to deliver a successful project, so we capture as much of this as we can. Some of the questions we ask include:

  • What are your brand’s business goals?
  • What are your main goals for this project?
  • What options have you pursued so far?
  • What colors or visual styles do you like best?
  • Who is your target audience?
  • What does your target audience value?
  • Who are some of your competitors?
  • How are you different from them?

Working through the “capture” phase with you sets the right creative direction for the project. Based on these questions, we create mood boards that we reference often to ensure the brand strategy will match the final visual design.

Your brand strategy, brand story, and objectives are captured, and it’s time to create! With our mood boards at the ready, we create custom social media graphics, flyers, brochures, videos, or product packaging design for your project. At every stage, we’ll make sure that everything we create is in line with your brand’s vision, goals, and voice. Once we have options we think you’ll love, we send a comprehensive design presentation that includes the project deliverables presented in relevant formats (print, web, etc). If there’s something you’d like us to tweak or adjust, we are more than happy to.

Communication is Key! Once the final design concept is chosen and approved, we deliver all the editable files and materials that were identified in the project scope. We want to make sure you have all the files you’ll need, so we answer any questions you may have about the different formats and tips for their use. These visual assets can now be implemented into all of your campaigns to effectively connect and communicate with your audience.
